Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order, to the United States, Canada and everywhere else.

Processing

Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Delivery times

United States: 10 to 12 business days. Canada and the rest of the world: 10 to 15 business days. These are estimates. Carrier delays, customs and holidays can add a few days.

Duties and taxes outside the US

Any import duty or tax outside the United States is set and collected by your country, not by us, and is not included in our prices.

Address changes

Email cozyflannelco33@outlook.com within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change the delivery address. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it.

Lost, stolen or damaged in transit

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, we send a replacement with one email. Without it, contact us and we will work with the carrier on a claim.
