Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Free shipping on every order, to the US, Canada and everywhere else. Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 10 to 12 business days in the US and 10 to 15 business days elsewhere. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships. Any import duty outside the US is set by your country.

Returns

30-day returns. Wrong size, not warm enough, changed your mind: email cozyflannelco33@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Send the jacket back unworn with the tags on and we refund its full price once it reaches us, or swap the size.
