How does it heat?
Four carbon-fibre heating zones are sewn into the jacket: left chest, right chest, collar and upper back. They run off a USB power bank that sits in the inside pocket. Press the button on the chest once and it is warm in about 30 seconds.
Is the battery included?
No. The jacket runs on any standard USB power bank (5V/2A, USB-A), the kind most people already own for their phone. Plug it into the lead in the inside pocket and you are set. If you do not have one, add our Power Bank + Charger for $19.99 in the cart. Run time depends on the setting and the size of your power bank: low lasts the longest.
Will I feel the power bank?
No. It is a small, phone-sized bank that sits flat in a dedicated inside pocket against the quilted lining, and the jacket is cut with room for it, so there is no bulk and nothing pulling on one side. Most people forget it is there.
How do I control it?
One button on the chest. Press once to turn it on, press again to cycle high, medium, low. Hold it to switch off. High warms up fastest, medium is for all day, low runs the longest.
Does it look heated?
No. From the outside it is a buffalo check flannel with a fleece hood. The heating sits between the flannel shell and the quilted lining.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug it, take the power bank out, machine wash cold on the gentle cycle and hang it to dry. Never tumble dry it.
What size should I order?
Order your usual size. Both jackets are cut with room for a tee or a sweater underneath. Sizes run XS to 3XL. If you are between sizes and want to layer, go up one.
Is there a deal for more than one?
Yes. Pick 2, 3 or 4 on the product page and the price per jacket drops. The discount is applied in the cart automatically, no code needed.
What are the add-ons in the cart?
Four optional extras, none of them required: the Power Bank + Charger ($19.99) if you do not own a 5V/2A power bank, a Mystery Gift (a surprise from the shop, tucked in the box), a 30-Day Warranty (anything goes wrong in the first 30 days, we replace the jacket, no forms) and Shipping Protection (lost, taken off the porch or damaged in transit, we send a new one, one email).
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free everywhere. Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 10 to 12 business days in the US, with tracking by email.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. Shipping is free to Canada and everywhere else too. Outside the US allow 10 to 15 business days. Any import duty is set by your country, not by us.

What if it does not fit?
30-day returns. Email cozyflannelco33@outlook.com with your order number and we swap the size or refund it.
