Refund policy

30-day returns, no questions. If the size is wrong, the jacket is not warm enough or you simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to send it back.

How to start a return

Email cozyflannelco33@outlook.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or a size swap. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.

Conditions

The jacket must come back unworn, unwashed, with the tags attached and the heating lead undamaged. Items that arrive worn, washed or damaged by use cannot be refunded. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once the return reaches us and is checked, we refund the full price of the item to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct.

Size swaps

Tell us the size you need and we ship the replacement as soon as the carrier scans in your return, free of charge.

Add-ons

The Mystery Gift, 30-Day Warranty and Shipping Protection are refunded together with the jacket when the whole order comes back. The Power Bank + Charger can be returned unopened within the same 30 days.

Damaged or wrong item

Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement right away. No return needed.
